The Group

One group, several disciplines.

Walbunn Automotive Group is structured as a group rather than a single business — a framework that lets related automotive activities operate under shared ownership, shared standards, and one line of accountability.

Structure

Built to hold more than one thing well.

Sourcing, acquisition, advisory and supply are not separate businesses that happen to share a name. Each one informs the others: what we learn acquiring businesses makes the advisory work sharper, and what we see advising operators makes us better at knowing which vehicles and assets are actually worth buying.

The group is privately held and manager-led, which means decisions are made by the person accountable for them — not routed through a committee.

Direction

Where the group is heading.

  1. 01

    Deepen the sourcing network

Widening the trade, auction and private channels the group can reach means better options for clients and shorter search times on difficult requirements.

  2. 02

    Grow through acquisition

The group is actively positioned to acquire automotive businesses and asset positions where ownership can genuinely improve how they run.

  3. 03

    Extend advisory capacity

More advisory capacity means supporting more operators through the changes that decide whether a business compounds or stalls.

  4. 04

    Broaden supply relationships

Stronger parts and accessory supply relationships shorten lead times and widen what the group can get hold of for clients.
